Dr. Jane Andrews brings extensive expertise to Cell One Partners, backed by over 30 years of experience in business, life sciences, and cellular therapy. As the Founder and CEO of Cell Bridge Strategies, she has successfully guided numerous companies globally, including in Europe, Israel, Japan, and Australia. Her firm specializes in targeting key assets, creating strategies, executing tactics, building financial and market models, identifying potential partners, and creating advisory boards. Dr. Andrews’ extensive background spans from Assisted Reproduction to NASA special projects, satellite technology, membrane physiology, cellular physiology, flow cytometry, assay development, and cryopreservation, making her a versatile and invaluable asset to the team.
In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Jane has held significant academic and corporate positions, including roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Penn State University, The University of New Orleans, and Louisiana State University. She has been an Adjunct and Assistant Professor, Senior Scientist at the Audubon Center for Research of Endangered Species, NASA Senior Scientist, Senior Consultant at Frost & Sullivan, and a Corporate Executive for a biotechnology company in San Antonio. Jane's contributions to the field have been recognized with awards from NASA, NIH, and the Smithsonian Institute. Her extensive lecturing experience and numerous accolades underscore her commitment to advancing life sciences and cellular therapies.
Education
BS, MS & PhD in the Life Sciences from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, followed by a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Penn State University in membrane fluidics/biochemistry using flow cytometry.
